Bad Experience

I placed an order on 9th January because they promised 100% delivery by 12th January. That’s the only reason I placed the order. But I received it only on the 17th. When I questioned them about the delay, they responded irresponsibly, saying things like "it's a third-party courier, not in our control." If that's the case, why make such a commitment in the first place?

They'll say anything just to make us place an order. I'm totally disappointed, and the quality isn’t worth the amount they charge. It's really poor service.
